Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a capable leader to coordinate and oversee patient care and department operations in the Pre-op/PACU unit during assigned shifts. You will guide nursing staff to maintain high standards of care, support quality and safety initiatives, and participate in hiring and performance evaluations.

In this role, you will lead staff meetings and drive educational sessions as well as performance improvement initiatives.
