Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for surgical patients before and after procedures in an outpatient setting. Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments, start and manage IV access, administer medications, and educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care. Monitor patients in the PACU through recovery and support discharge while ensuring comfort and safety.
