Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks a Clinical Nurse to provide high-quality perioperative care across pre-operative, post-operative, and PACU settings. You will assess patients, support recovery, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, IV therapy, educating families, and upholding strict infection-control standards while engaging in ongoing quality improvement and learning.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with perioperative/PACU experience or strong competency in perioperative care.
• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.
• Competence in medication administration, IV therapy, and sedation/pain monitoring.
• Clear patient and family communication and education skills.
• Team-oriented collaboration and commitment to safety and evidence-based practice.
