Wettermark Keith Personal Injury Lawyers seeks a motivated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney for our Birmingham, Alabama office. You will manage a high-volume PI pre-litigation caseload, communicating with clients, providers, and insurers to evaluate liability and settlements.

The role requires a JD, Alabama license, and 1–3+ years in PI law with strong negotiation and client-focused skills. This is an in-person position with competitive salary, discretionary bonus potential, and benefits.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Alabama Bar license.
• 1–3+ years of personal injury law experience, preferably pre-litigation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all pre-litigation aspects of personal injury claims.
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Review police and medical records to evaluate case value and draft demand letters.
• Negotiate settlements to maximize client recovery.
• Coordinate with medical providers on treatment and billing.
