Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Personal Injury Attorney (Pre-Litigation) in Las Vegas, NV to manage plaintiff-side matters through pre-litigation strategy, damages evaluation, and negotiations. The attorney will maintain client relationships, draft demand packages, and collaborate with case managers to drive case progression.

Requirements include active Nevada bar admission, 0–5 years of personal injury or related litigation, and strong negotiation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada law license.
• Experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or related litigation preferred; defense backgrounds considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
• Develop and execute case strategy, including liability analysis and damages evaluation.
• Draft, review, and present demand packages to insurance carriers.
• Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters to maximize case value.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent case updates.
• Collaborate with case managers, lien negotiators, and internal teams to drive case progression.
• Evaluate cases for litigation readiness and partner with litigation attorneys when necessary.
• Ensure cases are handled efficiently and in accordance with Nevada laws and procedures.
