• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Empathetic, client-focused demeanor.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for clients with regular updates and service.
• Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Take ownership of assigned cases to ensure progress and timely tasks.
• Communicate proactively with clients, medical providers, and insurers.
• Coordinate medical treatment and monitor progress for delays.
• Assist with preparing, organizing, and reviewing settlement demand packages.
• Maintain accurate case notes, documentation, and deadlines in the system.
• Prepare case files for transfer to litigation when necessary.
