Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling personal injury cases with a focus on high-value settlements.

Responsibilities

• Assess cases for settlement readiness and strategize on how to best approach settlement negotiations.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join handle high-value personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will focus on overseeing the medical treatment aspects of high-valuation cases, managing a team of case managers, and conducting settlement negotiations for complex cases.
