Kisling, Nestico & Redick, LLC (KNR) is seeking a Paralegal to support assigned attorneys by researching facts, preparing documents, and managing case files. The role requires strong organization, timely client communication, and collaboration with insurance carriers as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of paralegal experience and a preference for a Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification. This position focuses on efficient case management and accurate documentation across matters.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant paralegal experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and research facts to support assigned attorney.
• Prepare, organize, and manage case files and documents.
• Communicate with clients and attorneys in a timely manner.
• Prepare medical records, damages, and related case materials.
• Log daily mail and manage records efficiently.
• Draft correspondence for case management needs.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers as needed.
• Assist with settlements and disbursement documentation.
• Prepare disbursement summaries and check requests.
• Prepare case files for litigation transfer when required.

Formação académica

High School Diploma or GED

3–5 years relevant paralegal work experience

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Paralegal certificate (preferred)
