Responsibilities

• Case Management: Investigation of all insurance coverages available to the client.
• Medical records: Obtaining, reviewing, and organizing medical records to complete a treatment outline.
• Damages: Preparing, calculating, and maintaining damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage.
• Clerical: Logging daily mail and drafting correspondence; prepare files for litigation transfer when necessary.
• Submissions: Preparing and forwarding medical specials to insurance carriers with demand summary; meeting and exceeding goals.
• Communication: Corresponding with clients, attorney and insurance adjusters regarding case status; provide weekly reports and participate in monthly team meetings.
