Job summary

Kisling, Nestico & Redick, LLC seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support assigned attorneys with case research, document preparation, and medical records management. You will handle insurance communications, prepare damage summaries, and assist with settlements while maintaining regular client contact.

The role is based in-office, Monday–Friday, with requirements for strong English, MS Office proficiency, and paralegal certification. Experience in litigation is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Paralegal certificate is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Case management and organization of files and medical records.
• Prepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries (medical expenses, lost wages, etc.).
• Draft correspondence for case management and communicate with clients.
• Assist attorney with settlement documentation and disbursements.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and team; produce weekly reports.
