Ctlanet is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to manage personal injury cases in a fast-paced, ownership-driven role. This hybrid work-from-home position emphasizes independence and accuracy.

You will handle a caseload of 90–120 matters from opening to settlement or transitions, maintain client communication, draft documents, review medical records, coordinate treatment, and monitor progress. Spanish fluency preferred; strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
