Job summary

TopDog Law is a fully remote national personal injury firm. The Case Manager owns the client relationship from day one through settlement, ensuring no one feels like just a file number and that clients feel heard, supported, and genuinely represented.

Bring 2–6 years of PI pre-litigation support in Tennessee, strong organization, ability to manage a high-volume caseload, and proficient use of case management software (Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate).

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Tennessee.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing medical records and bills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.

The Opportunity

What You Bring

Required:

• 2-6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Tennessee


• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail


• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills


• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate


• Experience in a high-volume or fast-growing law firm


• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures


• Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)


• Comfort working in evolving systems and processes

What We Offer

Base Salary: $66,000.00 and $80,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience (Remote, Tennessee)

Eligible for performance-based bonus
