TopDog Law is seeking a Case Manager to own the client relationship from intake through settlement, ensuring personalized advocacy and seamless experience.
You will connect clients with the right care, guide them through stressful processes, and move cases forward with urgency and precision in a fully remote, US-wide role.
TopDog Law is a nationally scaling personal injury firm that owns the client experience end to end, from marketing and intake through litigation. We've grown 2-3x year over year for three years running, and we're now building the operations, systems, and teams to scale without sacrificing quality or culture. We're fully remote, and we value ownership, open communication, and speed. If you want to help build something exceptional, you'll feel at home here.
People come to TopDog Law at one of the hardest moments of their lives: injured, overwhelmed, and unsure of what comes next. They need someone in their corner who knows their name, understands their situation, and is actively fighting to get them the best possible outcome. The Case Manager exists to be that person, a dedicated advocate who owns the client relationship completely and ensures no one ever feels like just a file number. When this role is done right, clients feel heard, supported, and confident that someone is genuinely working for them.
