Job summary

TopDog Law LLC is seeking a Case Manager to own the client relationship from intake through settlement, acting as a dedicated advocate and guiding clients through a highly stressful process with empathy and precision.

You will drive cases forward, build compelling demand packages, and leverage modern case management tools to maintain accuracy and speed while collaborating with a team across a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Arizona.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate.
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-growing law firm.
• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures.
• Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)

The Opportunity

What You Bring

Required:

• 2-6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Arizona
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-growing law firm
• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures
• Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)
• Comfort working in evolving systems and processes

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $63,100 to $90,500 per year, commensurate with experience (Remote, Arizona)
• Our job postings reflect the compensation range for the specific market and location of each role. Ranges vary by geography based on local market rates and cost of labor.
