TopDog Law is a nationwide Personal Injury firm delivering end-to-end client experience. We are fully remote and value ownership, open communication, and speed.

The Case Manager will own client relationships from intake to settlement, advocating for clients and moving cases forward with urgency. Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of PI pre-litigation experience in Oregon, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with case management software.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Oregon.
• Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from day one through settlement; lead the Welcome Call and maintain the relationship.
• Act as the client's dedicated advocate, connecting them to care and guiding them through the process with empathy.
• Drive cases forward with urgency and precision through each phase.
• Build compelling demand packages and negotiate outcomes that help real people.
• Be the trusted source of truth on every case, leveraging technology to stay sharp and fast.
• Operate with full ownership, making a meaningful impact within the firm.

The Opportunity

• Be the source of truth on every case you touch, leveraging cutting-edge technology to stay sharp, move fast, and never let anything slip
• This is not a hand-off role, it's full ownership, and for the right person, it's one of the most impactful seats in the firm

Required

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Oregon
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred (Nice To Have)

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-growing law firm
• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures
• Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)
• Comfort working in evolving systems and processes

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience
• Our job postings reflect the compensation range for the specific market and location of each role. Ranges vary by geography based on local market rates and cost of labor.
