Job summary

TopDog Law is a fully remote personal injury firm scaling nationally, focused on owning the client experience from intake to resolution. The Case Manager will serve as a trusted advocate, building strong client relationships and coordinating care while guiding cases through pre-litigation and settlement.

You will own the client relationship from day one, move cases forward with urgency, and leverage modern case management software to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Illinois.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.

The Opportunity

Required:

What You Bring

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Illinois


• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail


• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills


• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred (Nice To Have):

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate


• Experience in a high-volume or fast-growing law firm


• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures


• Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)


• Comfort working in evolving systems and processes

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $68,000 - $84,000 commensurate with experience
