You will negotiate settlements, review demand letters, and collaborate with the Litigation Team to position cases for favorable resolutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience practicing in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
• Client-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Team-oriented with collaborative spirit, while also independent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Case Managers and Case Manager Assistants through intake to settlement.
• Review compelling demand letters for high-value injury cases.
• Conduct client meetings to assess claims and provide legal guidance.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and advocate for policy limits.
• Maintain consistent client communication and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with the Litigation Team to prepare cases for trial when needed.
• Conduct regular audits of pre-litigation cases for quality and compliance.
• Contribute to strategy, medical management, and valuation to maximize outcomes.
