We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team and handle high-value personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will focus on overseeing the medical treatment aspects of high-valuation cases, managing a team of case managers, and conducting settlement negotiations for complex cases.As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will ensure that clients receive the proper medical care, oversee the management of their cases, and focus on negotiating settlements.
