Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist for the Ridgecrest/Tehachapi, CA locations. The role focuses on delivering mental health treatment and crisis response to help clients gain independence and empower families.

Travel between clinic sites is required, with a company vehicle provided for travel. The position is a full-time, on-site role with a hybrid schedule TBD and a pay range of $40–$42.55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited school.
• Valid Registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor or Associate Clinical Social Worker.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient).
• Valid CA driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis response to clinic locations to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, education and vocational development and adjustment.
• Work out of Ridgecrest and travel to Tehachapi, Mojave, Lake Isabella as needed; use company vehicle for travel.

About your Role

We are seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist for our Ridgecrest/Tehachapi location. As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will work to ensure mental health treatment services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment. Providing crisis response to different clinic locations- to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, education and vocational development and adjustment. This role will work out of a few locations. MET Crisis Response home location is Ridgecrest and will travel to Tehachapi, Mojave, Lake Isabella pending needs of clients; a company vehicle will be used for travel.
