Ellie Mental Health in Hoover, AL is hiring an Associate Licensed Mental Health Therapist. The role offers part-time or full-time options with a mission to reduce barriers to care. You will assess diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy while balancing a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Pre-licensed or near licensure (ALC, LMSW, LMFTA) required.
• Experience with therapy services and community resources.
• Ability to complete treatment plans and case notes efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Office 365; Valant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Outstanding Care: Assess mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans, and use creative interventions to support clients.
• Maintain a Caseload: Manage approximately 25-30 clients per week, providing consistent, quality care.
• Complete Clinical Documentation: Submit session notes, treatment plans, and case reviews promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with a Team: Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure client success.
• Contribute to Our Mission: Participate in team meetings, and collaborate with Ellie staff to break down mental health barriers.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A Pre Licensed Mental Health Professional (ALC, LMSW, LMFTA) OR someone close to obtaining full licensure.
• Experience with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation.
• Ability to complete DA's, treatment plans, and clinical case notes efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus).
• Clinicians who are credentialed with insurance panels are preferred but not required.
