Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree required from an accredited institution in counseling, social work, psychology, MFT, or related behavioral health field.
• Virginia clinical licensure or Resident in Counseling status preferred.
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation desired.

What You’ll Do

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Current Virginia clinical licensure or appropriate Resident in Counseling status.
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment, professional boundaries, and ethical decision-making.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfort utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Commitment to timely documentation and quality client care.
• For telehealth services, access to a private, professional, HIPAA‑compliant workspace.

• EMDR and trauma‑focused treatment
• Bilingual
• Play therapy and child‑centered interventions
