Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a full-time Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist to support individuals and families in recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders in Chambersburg, PA.

We offer a flexible schedule with guaranteed full-time caseload within 8 weeks, bilingual bonus, and telehealth day options for qualified providers; PCS covers health insurance, 401K matching, generous PTO, and free CEUs through our education department.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Addictions, or related field (LSW preferred but not required).
• Completed clinical practicum, internship, or field placement during your graduate program (preferred).
• Experience in diagnosing and providing individual therapy (preferred).
• PA State Police Criminal History Check
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI Clearance through the Department of Human Services

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to guide clients toward long-term recovery.
