Job Description:
The Pre-Licensed Clinical Psychologist role gains direct clinical care hours through both psychotherapy and/or testing services. Once fully licensed this role evolves to a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and then has the potential to turn into a Clinical Supervisor role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a full time schedule of 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 24 hours engaged in client sessions per week
- Provide child, adolescent and adult clients with empirically supported treatment via Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), depression, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), PANDAS, panic disorder, parent coaching, performance anxiety, phobias, separation anxiety, social anxiety, Tourette's syndrome / tic disorder and other anxiety, OCD and related disorders.
- Clinical management of all assigned cases
- Communicate and consult with members of each clients care team (legal guardians, families, and other internal and external parties) as necessary and appropriate
- Provide resources, support, and referrals to external services when appropriate
- Coordinate crisis response for client emergencies, including coordination of care with outside institutions
- Complete documentation and administrative requirements in a timely and thorough manner
- Serve as LOA Ambassador and effectively represent LOA culture, expectations, offerings and policies to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in an on-call rotation for all LOA clients (during business hours)
- Contribute to ongoing clinical staff training by leading training or creating organizational resources
- Others duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree eligible for full licensure
- Interest in specializing in CBT for Anxiety
