This role involves assisting Medicare participants in selecting suitable insurance plans and requires strong communication skills and a high school diploma. This job involves assisting Medicare-eligible participants across the country via phone, helping them select suitable insurance plans. Pre-licensed Benefit Advisors will start at $18/hr, with significant incentives during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period. The role is full-time and temporary, with potential for year-round employment based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities include:
Qualifications: Patience, strong computer skills, self-motivation, excellent communication, ability to adapt communication style, and a high school diploma or GED. Experience in needs-based sales and insurance certification are pluses.
Training Requirements: Paid 4-week exam prep, passing the licensing exam is mandatory, followed by virtual training and nesting.
Work from Home Equipment & Setup: Equipment provided; a dedicated workspace, reliable internet (min 10 MB/s upload, 100 MB/s download), wired Ethernet, and a smartphone are required. Applicants must work during assigned shifts.
