• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Florida Certification eligibility required for appropriate subject area.

Responsabilités

• Meets and instructs assigned classes in the locations and at times designated.
• Plans a program of study that meets individual student needs, interests, and abilities.
• Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to student maturity.
• Supervises students to ensure safety and protect property and health.
• Assesses student progress and maintains accurate records as required by policy.
• Diagnoses learning disabilities and coordinates with district specialists.
• Implements policies and rules governing student life and conduct.
• Makes yourself available to students and parents outside instructional hours.
• Plans and supervises assignments for teacher aides/volunteers and evaluates performance.
• Attends staff meetings and serves on committees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
