Join us as a Pre Kidney Transplant Program Specialist at MUSC Health

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our transplant program. The responsibilities include:

  1. Initiating welcome calls to patients referred for transplant and making recommendations.
  2. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the status of assigned program areas.
  3. Reviewing, evaluating, and running reports on program data.
  4. Providing assistance to care team members and patients regarding evaluation requirements.
  5. Assisting in scheduling appointments and completing tasks during transplant phases.
  6. Handling routine program requests from customers.
  7. Supervising program assistants as needed.

The role reports to the Transplant Program Manager and involves collaborating with the transplant team to support administrative duties, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from UNOS and CMS. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with four years of related experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a professional demeanor and a compassionate attitude.
