Jefferson County Schools seeks a PreK Teacher to deliver a developmentally appropriate preschool program aligned with WV standards. You will plan and implement the PreK curriculum, observe progress, and collaborate with interventionists to support targeted outcomes.
The role requires a valid WV teaching certificate and involves planning a learning environment that fosters physical, cognitive, and socio-emotional development, with supervision by the principal and a 200-day schedule.
Valid teaching certificate licensing the individual to teach in the specializations and grade levels, pursuant to WV Code §18A-3-2; Criminal background check conducted pursuant to WV Code §18-5-15c and/or §18A-3-10, as appropriate; Meet the qualifications outlined in WV Code §18A-3-2a.
