KinderCare Education is hiring for a Teacher of Record in Texas to support early childhood education across our centers. The role requires meeting Texas Pre-K guidelines and an active CDA credential or pursuit under NAEYC or state candidacy, with a valid PreK certificate or enrollment in an ACP.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role
• Have a state of Texas PreK teaching certificate or have a BA degree and be enrolled in an Alternative Certification Program (ACP)
• Each Teacher of Record must meet one of the following: A) 2+ years of experience in accredited childcare or Texas Rising Star with CDA; B) 8+ years in accredited childcare; C) coaching program participation with 150 hours; D) TEA-approved Early Childhood training program
