Job summary

KinderCare Education is hiring for a Teacher role focused on delivering developmentally appropriate care and education in a nurturing classroom. You will implement the curriculum, ensure a safe environment, and engage with families to support each child’s learning journey.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and classroom engagement while adhering to state licensing requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
