KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to implement our curriculum in classrooms and create a safe, nurturing space for children. You will partner with parents to support their children’s growth and work with center staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic early childhood setting, with opportunities for career development and benefits.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
