You will supervise the classroom, develop daily plans, assess child progress, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Early Childhood or related field with ECE credits and certification.
• PA Teacher Certification preferred.
• 1+ year experience with preschool children preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure children's safety and supervise the classroom
• Lead and maintain an enriching learning environment
• Develop daily lesson plans using High Scope Curriculum
• Track child progress through assessments and documentation
• Communicate regularly with families and involve them
• Facilitate parent conferences and home visits
• Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate with team members
• Maintain professionalism and foster positive relationships
