Job summary

KenCrest welcomes an Associate Teacher to join our Philadelphia classrooms, supporting the lead teacher to create a warm, engaging, and developmentally rich environment. You will help children with and without special needs explore, learn, and grow under guided supervision.

This full-time role follows standard school hours, with Monday through Friday attendance in a supportive, inclusive setting. Compensation is aligned with our new hourly rates and district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires 30 college credits, including 12 in early childhood education or a CDA.
• Associate's degree in early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in organizing and maintaining an engaging classroom environment.
• Participate in the development and review of individual classroom plans with the lead teacher and supervisor.
• Assist in implementing classroom strategies to support each child's learning and development.
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
