LEARN Charter School Network in Chicago seeks a dedicated Pre-K Teacher to provide high quality instruction, foster a supportive classroom, and build strong relationships with families and the community.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education with ISBE certification for Birth-3rd Grade, and demonstrate a history of boosting student achievement and living LEARN's core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• Illinois State Board of Education Teaching Certificate (PEL or ELS APE) with Birth - 3rd Grade Endorsement or Gateway level 5.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering gains in student academic achievement.

Responsibilities

• Implement instructional programs and strategic interventions to drive results.
• Demonstrate effective classroom management for a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with peers and grow professionally.
• Use data to improve instruction and student achievement.
• Follow curricular guidelines and frameworks in instructional activities.
