You’ll design engaging activities, support language, literacy, early math and science, foster social-emotional growth, and collaborate with families to support each child’s development.

Qualifications

• Meet local childcare regulatory requirements.
• Experience in licensed early childhood programs preferred.
• Understanding of child development from infancy through pre-kindergarten.
• Physical ability to actively engage with children (lifting up to 35 lbs).
• ECE/Lead Teacher credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that make learning feel like play.
• Guide children through language, literacy, early math, and science discoveries.
• Foster social-emotional development through positive relationship building.
• Observe and assess each child’s unique developmental progress.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and creativity.
