Qualifications

• Associates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related or an active CDA in Preschool.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.

Responsibilities

• Instruct 4-year-olds based on needs and program requirements.
• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care.
• Develop observe/assess plans and communicate with families.
• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences for children.
