As the Pre-K Site Director, you will oversee all aspects of BAM!'s licensed Pre‑K and school-age enrichment programs at your assigned site. You will ensure compliance with Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) licensing requirements while creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.
This position serves as the on‑site leader responsible for supervising staff, maintaining compliance, supporting instructional quality, and serving as the primary liaison between BAM!, school administration, families, and licensing agencies.
Because children attend for no more than three consecutive hours per day, the Director may also serve in a teaching capacity regardless of the licensed capacity of the center.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and meet one of the following Illinois DCFS Director qualifications:
