H.A.R.D. is seeking a nurturing Program Instructor for our Pre-K Programming. The role emphasizes team-teaching, fostering language and social skills, and age-appropriate activities across language, socialization, creativity, and motor development.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 ECE units and 4 years of preschool experience, is 21 or older, and can contribute to a supportive learning environment. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 12 ECE units and 4 years of experience working with preschool age children in a supervised program.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Spanish/English language is a plus, but not mandatory.
