Hilltop Children's Center is seeking a vibrant Pre-K teacher to guide children aged 18 months to 5 years through developmentally appropriate activities. You will plan lessons, manage a lively classroom, and partner with families to support learning milestones.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, experience in licensed childcare, and a passion for nurturing young minds in a supportive, collaborative setting at our on-site Texas location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass all background checks.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Proficient in speaking and writing English.
• Degree in education with early childhood focus is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Instruct children aged 18 months to 5 years in activities promoting growth.
• Plan and organize individual and group activities supporting developmental goals.
• Prepare curricula and lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones.
• Demonstrate activities and set clear lesson objectives.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Organize indoor and outdoor spaces to support play and safety.
• Document child progress and communicate with parents and supervisors.
