Job summary

The position requires an Associate's degree or 60 credits, plus preferred three years of elementary experience. Responsibilities include small-group reading and math support and data-informed intervention planning.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher required or 60 credit hours toward a degree.
Passing Praxis Para Pro exam or equivalent assessment.
Minimum three years of elementary school experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Under supervision of the classroom teacher, helps maintain a positive learning environment.
Assist the teacher with daily learning experiences aligned with approved practices and curriculum.
Collaborate with the teacher to support curricular planning and instructional decisions.
Provide individualized instruction and small-group support in reading and mathematics.
Retrieve and monitor student performance data for progress analysis and intervention effectiveness.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or certified teacher.
