Qualifications

• CDA Certificate options include ParaPro score requirements and related pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to students during instruction.
• Assist with lesson plans and small-group instruction.
• Help with data collection, testing, and student assessments.
• Support IEP/IFSP implementation for students with special needs.
• Monitor student behavior and apply behavioral strategies.
• Assist with personal care needs and safety of students.
