Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• WV Teaching Certificate or eligibility for Public Pre-K certification.
• Experience in Pre-K / early childhood classrooms.
• Pass background checks and health screenings; REAL ID required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Pre-K curriculum aligned with WV standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for early learners.
• Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining developmental records.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and activities.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure program quality.
• Implement social-emotional learning strategies to support whole-child development.
