Learning Care is seeking a Lead Pre-K Teacher to plan, assess and instruct according to each child’s needs and the program requirements. We seek change makers who stay curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you’ll create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, manage the classroom and curriculum, adhere to licensing guidelines and company standards, and build strong relationships with families to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create; Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care; Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots; Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and program requirements.
• Communicate; Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
