The Goddard School of Mars, PA is hiring a Preschool/Pre-K Teacher to support our continued growth and upcoming school year planning. As we enter our second school year, our faculty has grown significantly—and we are continuing to build a strong, stable, and inspiring teaching team.

We are interviewing daily for Lead Teachers across multiple age groups. While this role is focused on Pre‑K, we value experience across Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre‑K, and School‑Age classrooms.

Competenze

• Experienced in Early Childhood Education (3+ years preferred).
• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree/Associates in Education or related field (preferred).
• Passionate about high-quality early learning and child development.
• Confident collaborating with assistant teachers in a team environment.
• Skilled in implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Strong in positive classroom management techniques.
• Nurturing educators who support play-based, child-led learning.
• Excited to grow within a collaborative and evolving school community.
