Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Pre-K Lead Teacher for our Before and After School Programs at DB Bunce Elementary School in Pavilion, NY for the 2026–2027 school year.

Work hours align with the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon shifts (7:00–8:45 a.m. and 2:10–6:00 p.m.). This part-time, non-exempt role offers employer-paid childcare and other benefits to support families and staff in a caring, dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• Education and experience requirements as listed in the job posting.
• Must be physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while engaging with children.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group activities while supporting homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and engaging environment and act as a positive role model for children in the program.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school rules.
• Support program operations including attendance records, registration, and staffing duties.

Associate's degree in Early Childhood or related field

Child Development Associate Credential or equivalent (with 1 year experience)

9 credits in Early Childhood/related field with plan leading to credential (with 2 years experience)
