Responsibilities

• Plan and manage classroom instruction and management.
• Personalizes instructional materials and documents preparation.
• Plans assignments for substitutes and aides when applicable.
• Assists in the evaluation, selection, and requisition of books, equipment, and materials.
• Diagnoses and develops plans for learning problems and implements curriculum programs.
• Establishes clear objectives and communicates them to students.
• Communicates effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintains safety and proper care of facilities, equipment, and materials.
