• CPR and AED certification for Physical Education teachers (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect district curriculum and accommodate student differences.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials aligned to TEA guidelines and district policies.
• Assess student learning styles and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Plan and assign work to aides/volunteers and supervise completion.
• Establish professional relationships and maintain communication with parents, students, and colleagues.
