Job summary

Primrose School of Woburn is seeking an EEC-certified Pre-K Teacher who wants to continue building a rewarding career in early childhood education while enjoying a healthy work-life balance. You will collaborate with a co-teacher, implement the Balanced Learning Curriculum, support early literacy and social-emotional development, and meet Massachusetts EEC regulations.

Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification preferred.
Experience in early childhood education with preschool/Pre-K.
Strong understanding of early childhood development and kindergarten readiness.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, engaging classroom environment where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn.
Implement Balanced Learning Curriculum through meaningful, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Support early literacy, phonics, writing, mathematics, problem-solving, and social-emotional development.
Collaborate with your co-teacher as an equal partner in classroom planning, instruction, and daily responsibilities.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.
