Primrose School of Andover is seeking a dedicated Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to create a fun, safe learning environment for 4- and 5-year-olds. You will implement the Balanced Learning curriculum, plan daily activities, and build strong connections with families to support a child’s readiness for school.

Competenze

• Massachusetts EEC certification required.
• Experience leading a group of students.
• Full-time availability Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–5:30 PM with rotating schedule.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

Mansioni

• Supervise and manage the daily activities and routines of a classroom of 4- and 5-year-old children.
• Assess and monitor each child's developmental progress and individual needs.
• Implement approved lesson plans and daily schedules in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Communicate and collaborate professionally with families and fellow faculty members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Attend required staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
