Qualifications

• HS diploma required; associate degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience working with preschool/young children preferred.
• Practicing Catholic preferred.
• Willingness to support and grow in the Catholic classical educational mission of the school.
• Must meet all Archdiocesan Safe Environment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in implementing daily classroom routines and activities.
• Foster a classroom environment rooted in faith, virtue, respect, and joy.
• Assist students with academic, social, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Help prepare classroom materials, learning centers, and instructional resources.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and transitions.
• Reinforce positive behavior and classroom expectations with consistency and charity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support the mission and culture of the school.
• Serve as a joyful witness to the Catholic faith through words and actions.
