Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated center staff to support teachers in implementing curriculum and meeting Pre-K requirements. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

You’ll partner with families and center leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building positive relationships with children, parents, licensing authorities, and the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency and maintain visual contact with children.
• Ability to engage in physical activities and maintain safety with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with implementing KinderCare's curriculum, and State Pre-K requirements, in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child; create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
